Irondequoit: Friday, February 21, 2014. Predeceased by his brother, David Gulley. Survived by his son, Rarby Gulley Jr.; daughter, Michele Gulley; sisters, Mary Wise, Dorothy Manuel, Mildred Turner, Ollive Baldwin, and Ruthie Mae Jies; five grandchildren, especially his best friend and grandson, Jahrele Gulley; nieces, nephews, companion and best friend, Laurie Funk and Christy Shaffer.
