Irondequoit: January 30, 2017 at the age of 84. Predeceased by her parents, Bernard and Elsie Weckelman; husband, Carl Bleier. Survived by her children, Carl (Ellen Heed), Kathleen (Gary) Pyles, Lorraine Carpenter, Cynthia Bleier; grandchildren, Kevin, Brittany, and Ashley Bleier, Joseph Small, Sarah and David Carpenter; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Gerald (Linda) Weckelman; sister, Virginia (Vincent) Palumbos; several nieces and nephews. Joan was a life long resident of Irondequoit.
