Irondequoit: Friday, May 19, 2017 at the age of 86. Survived by her husband of 65 years, Richard; children, Barbara (Everett) Baird-Federspiel, Richard (Karen), James (Laurie), and Michael (Sheila); 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Jean (Dave) Gramlich; sister-in-law, Bernice Wallenhorst; several nieces and nephews. Rita loved playing bingo, gardening and spending time at her cottage in the 1000 islands.

Friends are welcome Sunday 4-7pm at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home Inc. 1717 Portland Ave. Rita's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 11am at St. Kateri @ Christ the King Church. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the School of the Holy Childhood.
