Obituary for Richard J. Mastrodonato
Rochester: June 14, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 68. Predeceased by his parents, George and Jenny Mastrodonato. Survived by his wife Ginny (Virginia) of 47 years; daughters, Theresa Mastrodonato and Kristen (Derek) Smith; grandsons, Brett and Nathan Smith; brothers, George ( Susanne Gee), Steven ( Paula) Mastrodonato; brother-in-law, George ( Linda Rice) Scharr; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Richard was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam era. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved spending time with his family.
No prior calling. Richard's Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday 9:30am at Peace of Christ Parish at St. James Church 130 Brett Rd. Casual attire only please. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
