James T. Fay Jr.
Rochester: June 18, 2017. Survived by Janet Montgomery; brother-in-law, David (Andrea) Montgomery; nephews and nieces, Bob (Bev) Barthman, Kathy (Tom) Darmody, Laura (Glenn) Pastore, Jane Kauffman, Andrew (Rachel) Fay, Claire (Ken) Fawcett, Lauren (Dan) Opalka, Mark (Betsy) Montgomery, Andrew (Bev) Montgomery; 14 grand-nephews and nieces. Jim was a dedicated manufacturers rep who owned The Phoenix Enterprise for over 45 years. The family would like to give special thanks to Strong Memorial Hospital Unit 8.1400 staff for the excellent care particularly, Rob and Dr. Kohn.

Friends are welcome to attend a Memorial Service Wednesday 12noon at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home Chapel 1717 Portland Ave. Memorials may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center, 300 East River Rd. PO Box 278996.
