Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jason Congilaro can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Irondequoit: Friday, June 30, 2017 unexpectedly at the age of 38. Predeceased by his grandparents, Mary Hull, Angelo and Ann Congilaro; great-grandfather, Earl Steele. Survived by his wife, Emily; son, Owen and soon to be son; mother, Jackie (George) Reiber; father, Paul (Betty) Congilaro; sisters, Jennifer (John) Helberg, Mary (Trevor Sleeman) Congilaro; step-brothers, Corey (Kelly) Hindmarch, George David Reiber; step-sister, Ashley (Alex MacIntyre) Reiber; uncles, Angelo (Karen) Congilaro, Peter Congilaro; aunts, Margaret Taylor, Mildred Harris; nieces and nephews, Madison, Regan, Jay, Ethan, Isabella, Sofia, and Paige; mother and father-in-law, Michael and Janice Parker; sister-in-law, Aliza (Josh) Barry; brother-in-law, Nathan Parker. Jay was the best son, husband, father, brother and friend anybody could ask for. He was a blessing to all who knew him.

Friends are welcome Thursday 4-8pm at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home Inc. 1717 Portland Ave. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home c/o Jason's children.
