Condolence: Lucy and I were work mates at Xerox. She was my mentor when I started work there and we became good and fast friends. We also shared a December birthday, hers on the 14th and mine on the 13th. She was extremely witty with a droll sense of humor. My best memories of us together will be breaking down in hysterical laughter over some comment she made or frustration with a work task/employee. Once it was trying to assemble a property moving box. I learned the chin swipe from her and I think of her every time I use it. She and Hance came to our daughter's wedding and we shared time with them on their boat and many dinners together. We eventually lost touch when we both retired. But I will never forget those happy days at Xerox when we laughed every day. And that is how I will remember Lucy Casey.

Condolence: I first met Lucy in a euchre league many years ago. She was one of my favorite people. It became a challenge for me to get her to laugh and I considered it a victory when she smiled. She told me once that people thought she was too serious and standoffish , but I never found her to be that way. I thought she was fun and funny and enjoyed her company whenever we met. I will miss Lucy and am sorry for her family and friends who will go on without her.

Condolence: I met Lucy ten years ago when she joined our red hat chapter (La Rouge Hat-titudes). The first time she joined us, we all went to see the play "Menopause" at the GeVa Theatre. Our group of ladies liked to play Hand & Foot cards and we had many luncheons at our favorite restaurants. Lucy will be missed by me and all of her red hat friends.
