Obituary for Florence M. Ewart
Irondequoit: Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 11, 2017 at the age of 91. Predeceased by her husband Robert Ewart. Survived by her children, Kathleen Ewart, David (Katherine) Ewart, and Ellen (Joe Cardella) Ewart; granddaughters, Katelyn and Lauren Ewart, and Florence Cardella; sisters, Joan Wojtczak and Marleen (John) Forslund; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving and close friends. Florence was a proud graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School. She loved her family dearly and will be missed by all.
Friends are welcome Friday 4-7pm at the John M. Hedges Funeral Home 1717 Portland Ave. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 10am at Peace of Christ Parish at St. Ambrose Church. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the House of Mercy 285 Ormond St. Rochester, NY 14605.
