Irondequoit: Sunday, April 22, 2018 at the age of 101. Predeceased by his wife, Rose Brenna Grossi; brothers, Frank, Harry and Mario; brothers-in-law, Thomas, James and Robert Brenna Sr., Frank C. Philippone and G. Jack Zutes; sisters-in-law, Lee Grossi, Jean Grossi, Nellie Effinger, Minnie Philippone, Survived by sisters-in-law, Dolores Zutes and Catherine Brenna.

Raoul served for 34 years as president of Mt. Carmel House, a true charitable home for the terminally ill, following in his wife's footsteps as she nurtured the hospice from its infancy. He was an active 54 year member of the Rochester Lay Carmelite community, serving 6 years as Director. He was immensely proud of his nieces and nephews as they accompanied him on his earthly journey. His prayer was that Mt. Carmel House will always be available for those in need.
