I origanlly knew Bob from Kodak and in later years from ESL Credit Union. He was one of my favorite customers... always smiling, always plesant. He never came into the office without stopping to say hello and ask after me. I remember Bob as a friendly, upbeat personality and I'm sorry to hear of his passing.
