Irondequoit: Sunday, September 13, 2015. Predeceased by her parents, Custy and Ida Nowakowski; husband, John (Jack); daughter, Carol Lee Cappon; brother, Joseph Nowakowski; sister, Eulanda Kofsky. Survived by her sons, Timothy (Cyndi) and Thomas (Kristen); grandchildren, Alexandra, Zachary, Cody (Cody's mother Donna); brother, Leon Nowakowski; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Joyce Cappon, many nieces and nephews. Connie was a devoted wife and caring mother.
