Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lois VanDeWalle can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

WEBSTER - Lois Jean Smallridge VanDeWalle, 99 died October 24, 2017. Lois was a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. A longtime member of the Irondequoit Presbyterian Church, Lois was active in the Order of the Eastern Star.
Lois is predeceased by her parents, Irene Grace Buyck Smallridge and Thomas George Smallridge, husband William R. Van de Walle, brother James Arthur Smallridge and wife Nancy Westbury Shayler Smallridge and, granddaughter Cindy Batting Bagley. Surviving Lois is her daughter, Linda Jean Batting, 3 granddaughters, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Friends are welcome Monday 2:30 - 4:30pm at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home, 1717 Portland Avenue
Interment will be private at the Smallridge family plot in the Irondequoit Cemetery.
